James Bubbs, landlord of the “York Arms," was charged with having on Sunday, the 10th instant, opened his house for the sale of beer before half-past 12 o clock.

Defendant pleaded guilty.

Fined 10s. and costs 10s.

Money paid.

 

The premises started of as private dwelling and licenses around 1870.
