Unknown possibly Pier

Possibly in the Pier district of Dover in 1841.

Only ever found this mentioned in an article from the Dover Telegraph, and even then it wasn't stated as being a public or beer house, just that a John Leggett had supper and three pots of beer there before going to the "Friend in Need." Click here for article.
