Nothing known about this one as yet apart from it had an outdoor license in 1880.

I am informed that it only operated as an off-license, then it became a shop and then a private residence. I have also seen it named as the "Cypress."

LICENSING BUSINESS.

The license of “Cyprus Villa” (outdoor) was transferred from the executors of William Dodd to Elizabeth Bowles Dodd, the widow.
