The pub has changed name from the "Swan and Harlequin" around about 2014. Originally opened as a boutique hotel with restaurant and bar called the "Red Sails and Harry's Bar" and open to the public, the business was sold in August 2018 and reopened as a Madagascan restaurant with hotel, so you now have to be a resident to get served here. By 2023 it had changed name again to the "Quay."
