FREE PUBLIC HOUSE.
To be Sold by Private Contract, All that long established, and well
known Public House, called the "Three Horse Shoes," with the Garden,
Stabling, and
appurtenances thereunto belonging, situate at Upper Deal, in the
County of Kent, apposite the Church there, and now in the occupation of
Mr. Richard Hayman, and of which possession may be had at Michaelmas
next.

Long established free public house, to be sold by auction, at the "Black Horse
Inn," Deal, on Monday the 23rd day of October instant, at 2 o'clock in the
afternoon.
Lot 1:- All that well known, substantially built, and valuable public house,
called the "Three Horse Shoes," with a Coach House, Stabling for 10 horses,
Granary, 9 pin ground, Garden, and convenient appurtenances thereunto belonging,
situate in Upper Deal Street, in the Parish of Deal.
Lot 2:- All that convenient Dwelling House, with a Stable, Yard, Ground, and
appurtenances thereunto belonging, and adjoining the premises mentioned in the
last lot.
Lot 3:- All that piece or parcel of orchard land, containing in the whole,
by estimation, half an acre more or less, adjoining the above mentioned
premises, and lying between Stony Lane and the Turnpike Road, presenting a
frontage next the same Turnpike Road of 207 feet, or thereabouts, and being in
width about 140 feet. This lot might be a advantageously converted into Building
Land.
All the above Premises are Freehold, and now in the occupation of Mr. Richard
Hayman, the proprietor. Possession may be had immediately after the sale.
