I believe that the house changed name some time between 1871 when it was referred to simply as the "Park Corner Inn" and 1875.

Whilst a Pub, it was owned by the brewers, E & H Kelsy Ltd of Tunbridge Wells. Google suggest that they stopped brewing in 1955 and that the brewery was demolished in 1967. Their total number of pubs was 91 and whereas the "Junction" at Groombridge station is listed, The Goldsmiths Arms is not.

George and Kitty Graham took up residence at Park Corner in the late 1940’s and moved out in the early 1950’s. They ever owned the house but were simply Brewery Tennants.

It is also suggested that a famous actress bought it for a private residence but I can’t trace any firm evidence of that. Might have been Ava Gardener.
