PUB LIST PUBLIC HOUSES Paul Skelton

Earliest 1582-

(Name from)

Three Cornish Choughs

Latest 1651-

(Name to)

7 Town Pier

Gravesend

The building has been traced back to 1488 when it was known as the "Cornish Cough" and seemed to have gained a couple more Choughs by 1582. However by 1651 it had changed name to the "Three Daws Hotel," I assume the Daw was a more popular mane than the Chough.
