There seems to be some confusion here with the "Old Fox and Hounds" the "Fox and Hounds" and the "Fox," with this one at present.

Local knowledge certainly required.

I believe though that one of the above dropped the hounds and became this pub eventually, but as when I do not know. Still open in 2012, but I saw an internet posting dated January 2013 saying it was "up for sale" and another dated October 2016 saying it has been "razed to the ground. It went almost over night. Planning permission for flats."

I will be adding the historical information when I find or are sent it, but this project is a very big one, and I do not know when or where the information will come from.
