20 North Lane

Above image from Google, March 2009, I believe to be the vicinity of the former "William IV" public house, although I don't believe the building is the original house.

I have seen mention of a "William IV" situated at 20 North Lane and a "King William IV" in "Union Street." Not to be confused with each other.

It appears that in 1889 the premises was empty.
