Tivoli Theatre

Originally built in 1790 and named The Clarence Theatre and later the Theatre Royal, this was rebuilt and renamed again as The Tivoli Theatre, and again in the early 1900's renamed as The Royal Hippodrome.

Rebuilt in 1896 and reopened as the "Tivoli Theatre" on June 14th 1897. However, again renamed a few more times but eventually ended up as the "Royal Hippodrome" in March 1910.
