Formerly the "Marine Arms", the change was made in 1865. I never found it again after June 1867 when the landlord was fined for opening in prohibited hours.

INFRINGEMENT OF LICENSE

Edward Woodrow, the landlord of the "Prince Victor" public-house, Woolcomber Lane, was summoned for having his house open at half-past eleven last Sunday morning, and was fined £2 and 9s. 6d. costs.
