NOTICE.

All Persons indebted to MR. MARSHALL, late of the PHEONIX PUBLIC HOUSE, in DEAL, who has assigned over his effects for the benefit of his creditors, are hereby required immediately to pay their respective debts into the hands of Mess. MAY and MERCER, solicitors, Deal, who are duly authorized to receive the same; and all persons having any claims or demands on MR. MARSHALL, are requested to transmit an account thereof without delay, to Messrs. MAY and MERCER, and to call at their offices in Deal, for the purpose of executing the deed of composition now lying there for their signatures, or they will be excluded the benefit of the same.
