From 2001 to 2004 the establishment was called "The Front."

According to a posting in the "Folkestone Gerald" 12 April 2006 :-"Nostaliga Bar closes, reopens as Euphoria.

Went to Euphoria on Saturday afternoon, which is where The Nostalgia Bar was, which is where "The Front" was before that. Now the '50s theme has been dropped, and it's just a nice bar again, nice to sit outside anyway, the high energy happy hardcore young people's dance music they were playing in the bar was a bit off-putting.

We returned to the scene of the crime that evening, but didn't go inside, there seemed to be more people working security on the door than drinking inside, don't know what sort of trouble they were expecting."

To make head or tail of the above information originally the building was called the "Oddfellows' Arms." In 2001 the name changed to the "Front," this lasted under that name till 2004 when it became the "Nostalgia 50s Bar," this stayed with that name for two years till in 2006 was renamed the "Three Mackerel." From 2006 to 2008 it again changed name to "Euphioria." Now unfortunately closed.
