Above photo shows the "Guilford House Hotel" in 1924, situated left of the picture next door to the "Clarendon Hotel"

Another one mentioned by the Deal History Society, but not much in the way of information added to their list.

They give the address as being West Side and between the "Bohemian" and the "Clarendon Hotel" which would place this somewhere between 47 and 51 Beach Street.

They also say it closed circa 2004 but give no indication of when it opened for trade.
