Now (2016 and earlier) brewing their own beer titled the "Canterbury Brewery."

The brewery will be closing on 8th October. This is due to the liquidators/receivers for Nason's (Foundry's landlord) issuing an eviction notice. It is hoped that the pub/brewery business will transfer 50m down the road to the site of the "Chromos Cereal Bar," which closed a couple of months ago. However, local group the St. Mildred's Residents' Association are on the Foundry's case and reckon that the 50m nearer the Foundry will get to them will spell doom, gloom, pestilence and probably a plague of frogs too. I wonder what they do for their own entertainment in the evenings?
