Felsons Wine Bar 1996

Information taken from Dover Express 9 May 1996.

AN ELECTRICAL fault is believed to have started a fire that wrecked a Dover wine bar. Fire crews were called to Felsons bar in Church Street at 7.20am on Monday where a fire had started from the bar area. And due to the heat, plastic pipes containing beer had melted and part of the wine bar was flooded. This also caused beer to leak through to the downstairs offices, one of them being used as offices for a free newspaper. Journalist Graham Tutthill, who is now forced to work from home; spent most of Saturday morning cleaning the beer up.

Not going to ask how (Paul Skelton.)

1992 this bar was called Bluffs and at one time Harley's Wine Bar, and I believe other names as well, still to be researched. Indeed, this establishment seems to change name every couple of years.

Called Euphoria or Felsons Wine Bar in 1996. I just can't keep up with the different names of this one.
