Plough, Sittingbourne?

The above pub, it was said on a Facebook page that this was the original "Plough" in Sittingbourne. But, that pub was addressed as 58 East Street, so I don't think it is that. I'm not sure who the William Parker refers to, but I don't have that name as licensee at a pub called the Plough in any town or village, and the only "Plough" I have addressed in a London Road is situated in Dover, and it's certainly not that one.

However, Sittingbourne does have a London Road, that runs into West Street then the High Street and finally East Street, all in a straight line.

Any suggestions?
