Possibly Rochester

Another one from Rory Kehoe, who says the following:-

Meux's Brewery owned quite a lot of tied houses in the Medway area, with c.20 of these being in Rochester, where this Edwardian photograph is described on the reverse as having been taken. I've checked the listings for likely candidates but nothing even remotely similar has shown up.
