The Bikers National Burgen Run Sept 4/5th.

On Sept 4/5th we are planning a national Burgen relay going anti-clockwise around England Scotland and Wales, Carried by the motorcycle community of the UK.

We are raising money for AFGHAN HEROES a registered charity..... http://www.afghanheroes.org.uk/content.asp who support British Forces in Afghanistan.

We have a Burgen (Andy's son's) that has seen service in both Afghanistan and Iraq, this is what we will be relayed around the UK.

We will be putting pledges from people and riders inside.

A Burgen is what the army call their rucksacks, they are carried by the lads full of their equipment sometimes weighing 70lbs or more.

The bikers will relay the Burgen around the country to predefined locations to swap to the next rider and this will be followed online as we have been donated a Tracker by www.tracker.co.uk

So far we have a fantastic following and are gaining support daily.
