Planning permission to change the Old Coach House was asked of Dover District Council to change the use and conversion (including external alterations) to restaurant and bar and managers flat on first floor

Now known as the "Court Yard" and operating as an oyster bar and restaurant, this is situated in, Sondes Road.

Owned and designed by Mike Frajt and Martin who it is said have created over 120 award winning restaurants world wide, including "Cullin's Yard" in Dover.

The premises is used for conferences and large private parties or special occasions.
