The hotel is Open 2014+ today and says of itself in 2010:- "The Burlington Hotel - Folkestone, is a superior 3 star hotel that stands in its own grounds and is set in tranquil surroundings overlooking the Leas Promenade and the English Channel."

"All Seventy well-appointed bedrooms are en suite and have colour satellite television, direct dial telephone, hairdryer, trouser press and hospitality tray."

"Wining and Dining are catered for by the Bay Tree Bar & Restaurant."

"The Burlington Hotel offers high-standard, well equipped meeting rooms whether your needs be a syndicate room for 4 or a large conference suite for up to 240. Our largest conference suite "The Premier Suite" has natural daylight, high ceilings and is fully air-conditioned. Car parking at the hotel is free and supplement by on street parking with no restrictions. The hotel also offers Wifi in the public areas provided by the The Cloud."
