23 St. James Street
According to the Post Office Directory 1882 an Albert Fraser kept a pub called The Bull at 23 James Street in Dover. I assume this to be 23 St. James Street and that the "St." had been missed off, but I cannot find any other occurrences of this pub before or after that date as yet.
