17 Newtown Green Ashford
Built in 1866 for the engineers, fitters, and smiths employed at the nearby Ashford Railway Works as part of the South Eastern Railway's (SER) development of Alfred Town (now Newtown). Changed name to the "Alfred Arms" before 1881.
