I am pretty sure that this is the "King's Arms". Although the local directories of the time and also the Maidstone Journal referred to it as the "King's Head" from between 1861 and 1881. But the licensees names are the same.

Or, did it actually change name at one time?

On Mrs. Eagleton, of the "Kings Head," Leaves Green, Cudham, making an application, two convictions were put in against her. The Bench said they would take time to consider whether they should renew the licence or not. Adjourned for 3 weeks.
