To be sold by auction, in one lot.
On Friday, the 27th or this instant, August, at the "George Inn,"
Sittingbourne, in the County of Kent, between the hours of three and four
o'clock in the afternoon, if not sooner offered by private contract (of which
notice will be given the undermentioned Freehold Estate at Milton, next
Sittingbourne aforesaid viz.
All that old-established and good accustomed public house, known by the sign
of the "Kings Arms," situate at the entrance of the High Street, with a Brewhouse, Stable, and Garden, in the occupation of Stephen Bushel.
All that Messuage or Tenement and Garden, and 2 acres of Pasture Land, at the
entrance of Crown Lane, in the occupation of Richard Snoad.
All that Messuage adjoining the Garden, in the occupation of James Webb.
All another Messuage adjoining, with the Garden, in the Occupation of the
Widow Goodyer.
And also all that Brewhouse, in Milton aforesaid, standing on a piece of
ground, containing by estimation 14 Perches, now in the Occupation of Mr.
Wright, let on a long Lease, at the yearly ground rent of 10s.
The several tenants will show the premises.
