To be sold by auction, to the highest bidder, on the premises.

On Wednesday the 7th of May, 1794, between the hours of three and five o'clock in the afternoon, unless in the meantime disposed of by Private Contract, of which, should it happen, the earliest notice will be given.

All that well accustomed Inn, called "Highgate House," and the dwelling adjoining, with the stables, chaise house, out-buildings, garden, and two pieces of good meadow land, containing about four acres and a half, situate at Highgate, in Hawkhurst, in Kent, adjoining the turnpike Road leading from Rye, to London.

The premises are freehold, and advantageously situated, and the house is now in full trade.

The purchaser will be required to take the furniture and affects at evaluation, and possession may be had immediately.

Mrs. Standen the occupier, will show the premises, and for further particulars enquire at the office of Messers. Curties, Waterman, and Woollett, at Rye.
