Looks like this one keeps changing name, hopefully I'll be able to get the right dates and order. Not sure how old this one is yet, but it was still functioning under that name in 1994. I believe this changed name to the "Orange Kipper" by 1997. Reference to it being known as "Havana House" has also been suggested but at present I have no further information on it with that name.
