I'm not sure whether this is the same as the "Black Eagle" or even a predecessor of it, but the dates don't match, so I will say this is indeed not the same.

SWANSCOMBE, NEAR NORTHFLEET STATION. Mr. W. MILLS

WILL SELL by AUCTION, at Garraway’s, August 18th, at Twelve for One, a ROADSTDE BEER-HOUSE, built expressly for a public-house, known as the "Eagle" Beer-house, Swanscombe, near Northtleet Station, with outbuildiugs, stabling, garden, &c., also 15 Freehold Cottages, adjoining, with large gardens.

Particulars to be had on the premises, "Gardner’s Tavern," Terrace-pier, Gravesend; Messrs. Lowless and Nelson, Threadneedle-street, Solicitors; Garraway’s; and of the Auctioneer, 36, Newington-causeway.
