Just the one instance of this found to date, and I am wondering whether it actually refers to the "Dolphin" addressed in the Market Place.

Where is Michael Hosley, Apprentice to Thomas Hatton, at the sign of the "Green Dolphin" near the Market Place in Dover, went away from his said Master this Day 6 weeks, in the Afternoon, a Lad in the fourteenth year of his age, fair complexion, thin in the Face but full body'd, brownish hair, having on Buckskin Breeches, a blue Jacket with little Brass Buttons; Whoever brings him Home to Thomas Hatton aforesaid, shall receive a Guinea Reward, or a Crown for Information where he may be found again. But if he Returns in a few Days to his Master, he will be well receiv'd.
