The premises was previously known as the "Passion Bar" and before that "Bar Kandi," but Eddie Sargeant became owner and licensee in 2016 and renamed it the "Teatros Bar." It is recognised as a cocktail bar.

Teatros Bar, ceased trading mid-2024 and the site re-opened soon afterwards and now operates as a cocktail bar called the "Fig."
