Around about 2015 the building was renovated and opened as the Smugglers Records (established in 2005). By August 2016 it appears to have also included an off-license.

However, I have heard in April 2020 that it is to become a public house, but these rumours are still to be confirmed.

Latest news received 19 September is that their license allows them to sell beer for consumption off or ON the premises. Does this make this a micro pub I wonder?
