To be sold by auction.

On Thursday, 19th day of August, 1773, at 2 o'clock in the afternoon, at the sign of the "Flower de Luce," at Molash, near Chilham.

A freehold messuage or tenement, with a barn, stable, outhouses, and appurtenances thereto belonging; together with 8 acres and a half of arable land, half an acre of hop-ground, and one acre of pasture, more or less; situating the parishes of Wye and Molash, in the county of Kent, and now in the several occupations of ---- Avant and ---- Rigden.
