Licensing Transfers.

At the Dover Transfer Sessions on Friday, before Mrs. W. J. Barnes, W. L. Law, G. Norman, J. W. Bussey, S. J. Livings, G. D. Clark and W. B. Brett, Sir Edward Farley, Mrs. Binge and Miss P. Elnor.

The following licences were transferred:- The "Links Hotel," Broadstairs (Provisional licence,) from Sylvester G. Thrush, to Violet Louise Joyner, 26, Richmond Road., Ilford, late Club Manageress.
