This one doesn't seem to last very ling with the same name. previously it was the "Bar 11" but I believe that closed around 2013. It was reopened soon after with the rather dubious name of "Jaggy Thistle" and I have no idea why they called it that, and personally speaking the name doesn't do much to attract me to the venue. However, that too closed in 2016 and after remaining empty of about 18 months has opened up again as the "Chapter." I suppose this is indeed just another chapter in its history.
