Only the one instance of this found at present. The following advert appeared in the South Eastern Gazette of 26 July 1859 at the same time a similar one appeared for the "Globe Inn" in Maidstone, with what I assume to be the same Mr. J. Leader being on the premises.

The "Duke of Suffolk" beer house and lodging house for travellers, making up 14 or 15 beds, with large enclosed yard; coming in £80.
