PUBLIC-HOUSE, and LIVERY-STABLES, at MARGATE.

To be SOLD by PRIVATE CONTRACT.

All that well accustomed Public-House, called the "Mason's Arms," now in the possession of Mr. James Pout; together with those extensive and commodious Livery Stables adjoining, with Coach-houses and other convenient Buildings, in the Possession of Mr. Edward Webb, very advantageously situated in the Centre of the Town of Margate.
