Local resident Alan says the following:- In the 1960's there was a large building redevelopment at Shepway, Maidstone and on the estate at the junction of Cumberland Ave and Suffolk Road there was the "One and Only" which faced the Green and in the 1990's its name was changed to the "Inn on the Green" but by 2007 it was demolished and a new block of housing called Manor Fields was built on the site.

I have searched Google and other sites but have not traced any photos so far.
