PUB LIST PUBLIC HOUSES Paul Skelton

Earliest 1870-

Greyhound

Latest 1870+

Bough Beech

Chiddingstone

I have only found one reference to this pub at present, and the spelling of Bough Beech was given as Bow Beech in the 1870 account from the Maidstone Journal and Kentish Advertiser.

I also have reference to a "Greyhound" at Charcott, Tonbridge, and also a "Greyhound" at Hever. They may all be one and the same, local knowledge required thank you.

Maidstone Journal and Kentish Advertiser, 03 September 1870.

Annual licensing.

Spirit licences were also refused to the "Rose and Crown," Hadlow, the "Brown Jug," Hadlow, and the "Greyhound," Bow Beach.

As the information is found or sent to me, including photographs, it will be shown here.

Thanks for your co-operation.
