PUB LIST PUBLIC HOUSES Paul Skelton

Earliest 1891-

Wheatsheaf

Latest 1891+

Wheatsheaf Hill

Chelsfield

Reference has been found to a building called the "Wheatsheaf" in the census of 1891 when the occupant was listed as being Percival Brown and whose occupation was given as Timber Merchant.

I do not know whether this is his only trade and indeed whether the premises was actually a public house. Unfortunately no address was given.

Further information indicates that it was situated on Wheatsheaf Hill and located near the Knockholt Railway Station.

LICENSEE LIST
