Only the one instance of this pub found to date, however, I do have reference to an "Oaks Beershop" in the same village of Hadlow.

Tonbridge Petty Sessions. Tuesday, Sept. 30.

Before Arthur Pott, Esq. (in the chair), Major Scoones, and C. Powell, Esq.,

ADJOURNED LICENSING DAY.

On the application of Mr. Harris (from Mr. Stenning’s office), the license of the "Three Oaks," Hadlow, was transferred from Thomas Bailey to William Thompson, Superintendent Dance remarking that the present tenant was a very respectable man.

Transfer of licences.

This was a special sessions for the transfer of licenses.

The licence of the "Three Oaks," Hadlow, was transferred from William Tompson to John Barton
