Saturday. BEER-HOUSE OFFENCE at HERNE.

William Wincles, landlord of the “Hope” beer-house at Herne Bay, was fined £1 and 9s. costs for having his house open for the sale of beer before half-past twelve o’clock at noon, on Whit Sunday.
