To be SOLD by AUCTION, By JOHN HARMAN,
On SATURDAY the 8th of January, 1774, at three o'clock in the Afternoon,
at Mr. Baker's, the “White Swan Inn,” at Sevenoaks, in Kent. A FREEHOLD ESTATE; consisting of three Messuages, with Gardens, Orchard,
and Hop-garden, situate at Otford, in Kent, in the Occupation of Mr.
William Squibb, Maltzer, William Bailey, and one untenanted. The “Swan Inn” at Sevenoaks (the Place of Sale) and a Messuage adjoining
let to Mr. Pattenden, Butcher. |

Inn at Sevenoaks.
To be let, for a Term of Years, and maybe entered upon at Lady-day next.
The "White Swan Innn," in the Town of Sevenoaks, with a Yard, Brewhouse,
Stables, Granary's, Out-houses, and Appurtenances thereto belonging, in the
Occupation of Mr. John Baker, Sheriff's Office.
Also a Tenement, adjoining to the "White Swan," and let to Thomas Cripps,
Butcher, as Tenant at Will.
The Inn has good established business, and is in many respects desirable.
