PHOENIX TAVERN, BROADSTA1RS.

WILLIAM SCOTT (late servant to Captain Norwood, of Canterbury, deceased) begs leave to acquaint the Nobility and Gentry resorting to the isle of Thanet, and the Public in general, that be has lately taken the above Tavern, and has laid in a good assortment of Wines and Spirits, and hopes by assiduity and attention to merit the countenance of an indulgent Public.

He has several good beds for the accommodation of company till they can procure private Lodgings.

Dinners dressed, and served out if required, on the shortest notice.

An agreeable middle aged Woman, of good Character, to take charge of a Tradesman's Family, where there is some children.
