Said to have been an Off-license. Certainly mentioned in Kelley's directory as such in 1963.

Not sure why this has had several addresses, but today (2026) it is 94A Priory Road, which is near to the current Strawberry Vale.

AN OUT-DOOR LICENSE GRANTED.

Mr. Cripps, on behalf of Mr. Benjamin Charles Hollands, applied for a certificate for the sale of beer, at the "Odd Fellow's Arms," Strawberry Vale, Tonbridge, to be consumed off the premises.

The Bench at once granted the application.
