Freehold public house at Ramsgate.
To be sold by private contract, all that freehold public house, called
the "Duke Wellington," situated in High Street, Ramsgate, now in the
occupation of Mr. W Claris.
The above house is in a very respectable and populous part of Ramsgate,
where a considerable trade of Beer and Porter has been carried on for
some years.

letter, the postage to be paid.

Freehold Public House, Ramsgate.
Some time in the month of March next, will be offered for sale by auction, the
house called the "Duke of Wellington," in Ramsgate, unless previously sold by
private contract.

Freehold public house. To be sold by auction. By George Robinson, on Monday, the
8th day of May instant, at 2 o'clock in the afternoon, at the "Spread Eagle," in
Ramsgate aforesaid, (subject to the conditions as will be then and they're
produced.)
All that freehold public house, called the "Duke of Wellington," situates in the
High Street, in Ramsgate aforesaid, and now in the occupation of Thomas
Houghton.
