I have been informed by Phil White that the pub has been demolished in
October 2015 to
make way for 3 new houses.

Plans to demolish pub and build new homes.
PLANS to knock down the White Horse in Willesborough and replace it
with four houses have been submitted to Ashford Borough Council.
Developers want to build three-bedroom town houses on the site of the
Kennington Road pub, which has been closed since April this year.
A supporting statement submitted by planning consultants Spillers
Associates says the "White Horse" had been badly affected by the national
decline in pub trade, with seven landlords and a vacant period during
the last 15 years.
It reads: “The application proposes a residential use in an existing
residential area and would involve the more efficient and effective use
of this vacant urban land.
“The proposed development would not be out of keeping with the varied
density and type of housing in the area… It would also be compatible
with the adjoining land uses.”
Kent County Council's highways department raised no objection to the
plan, providing conditions concerning construction traffic and car and
vehicle parking are met.
