LICENSING.

An application by Wm. Francis Winch for an extension of a protection order for the "New Inn," Frittenden, was granted.

From an email received 27 July 2014.

Hi.

My great grandfather, Robert Frank Ward. Born 1856 in moulton, was the innkeeper at the "New Inn" and butcher in Frittenden in 1901, with his wife Luisa Goodwin who was born in Hawkhurst.

By 1911 they had moved to Catherine Wheel Farm Frittenden.

Hope this fills a gap.

Regards Sally Bett (nee Ward)

This pub is one in the list of my "Project 2014."

As such I have found a picture of the pub, but to date have no other information. Local knowledge, further pictures, and licensee information would be appreciated.

I will be adding the historical information when I find or are sent it, but this project is a very big one, and I do not know when or where the information will come from.

All emails are answered.
