104 Ann Street Plumstead
It is said this establishment catered for the workers of the nearby Royal Arsenal Armaments Factory in Woolwich. The area was heavily targeted and severly damaged by Luftwaffe bombing raids during WW2, but the pub survived and was still standing as late as 1956, however the building was eventually demolished to make way for the new housing estate in the 1960, known as the Glyndon Estate.
