Princess Alice

GREENWICH. Supposed Murder.

On Wednesday, information was forwarded from the Greenwich Division of Metropolitan polite, to Scotland Yard, that a few days since a man named William West, a lodger at the "Princess Alice," Old Woolwich Road, found a human scull on the shore of the river in Greenwich marshes. He took it to Dr. Bradley, residing in the neighbourhood, who gave it as his opinion that it hid been in the water some time, and belonged to a man between 45 and 50 years of age.
