Previously the "Station Hotel" and before that the "Brickmaker's Arms." In 2012 it changed name again to the "Bridge Bar and Club."

From www.kentonline.co.uk 28 January 2014.

A fight on Community Square was caught on camera and uploaded to YouTube.

Police say the incident was reported by CCTV operators in the early hours of Saturday morning.

A spokesman said they were called to Stone Street, outside Bar 24, at 12.25am.

The video shows officers arriving sharply to the scene but those involved refused to disclose any offences.

A number of punches are seen being thrown.

One man seen removes his shirt having been ducking and weaving around another person involved.

There is shirt pulling and women can be heard screaming and shouting.

About eight people are visible on the video but as the sound of sirens gets closer, the group quickly disperses.

No arrests were made and everyone continued with their night out.

Project 2014 has been started to try and identify all the pubs that are and have ever been open in Kent. I have just started to map out the pubs that exist or existed in Gravesend, but need local knowledge and photographs, old and current if you have any.

As the information is found or sent to me, including photographs, it will be shown here.

Thanks for your co-operation. Every email is answered and all information referenced to the supplier.

This page will be updated as soon as further information is found.
